I do not know how do you manage to get these resources ,time- knowledge-efforts ,being so far away from the site.

I have been working in a PSU ,mostly outside Orissa, and taken early VRS and settled in Bhubaneswar.

To my mind, the crux of the malise lies in the typical snub mindset of many Oriya people,who are lucky and hold some potential to change the face of poor Orissa .

Attitude, can something be done about it? The best point to start would be,Mothers.Let Oriya mothers, from well to do homes, start teaching their children to take pride of this land .All other things would follow naturally.
